Service provider and scope

The website enables you to browse service descriptions, search for information and submit a question or request for a proposal free of charge. It does not offer online sales, accept payments or create user accounts. Terms for audit, advisory and other professional services are agreed separately.

Technical requirements

You need an internet-connected device and an up-to-date browser supporting HTML, CSS and JavaScript. JavaScript is required for search, filters and forms. A working email address is required to receive a response; internet connection charges depend on your agreement with your provider.

Use the HTTPS address. If a form is unavailable, you can email or telephone us. Do not send confidential documents, special category personal data or passwords through the forms.

Submitting an enquiry and ending use

Before submitting a form, read these terms and the Privacy Policy. Complete the required fields, accept the form terms and select the submit button. The form transmission service begins when a correctly completed submission is sent and ends when it is saved or an error message is displayed.

The confirmation includes a submission reference. It confirms that the system has received the message, not that an engagement has been accepted or that we have undertaken to provide a professional service. If no confirmation appears, do not assume that your enquiry has been received. Try again or use another contact channel.

Browsing and searching begin when you use the relevant function and end when you leave the page. Before submitting, you may stop completing the form at any time by closing the tab. After submission, you may ask us to discontinue contact or exercise the rights described in the Privacy Policy.

Security rules

Do not submit unlawful content, content infringing the rights of others or malicious software. Do not impersonate others or use the forms to send spam or disrupt the website. Security measures may reject invalid submissions or temporarily limit the number of attempts.

Do not gain unauthorised access to other users' data. Report any irregularities to kontakt@nexospss.com without disclosing third-party data or confidential documentation.

Complaints and reporting difficulties

You can send comments about the online functions to kontakt@nexospss.com or by post to the operator's address. Include a description of the incident, its date, the page address and your contact details. You may also include your submission reference. Do not provide passwords or unnecessary third-party data.

We will respond to complaints without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt. Matters concerning an individual professional service are handled in accordance with the relevant agreement and applicable law.

Accessibility and updates to these terms

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please email or telephone us. Identify the page and the way you need to receive the information, and we will agree a possible contact method. You can print or save website content using your browser.

These terms may be updated following changes to website functions or legislation. Each version is dated. Submissions are governed by the terms made available at the time of submission. These provisions do not affect mandatory legal requirements or users' rights.
